Richard started buying real estate in the late 1970s and after the sale of his first residence approximate 1 year after its purchase, discovered that real estate might be the way to wealth. He went on to become a very successful real estate investor with the help of partners and mentors who enabled his success in the same manner that he will do for you. His goal for each person in his coaching team is to reach their goal at whatever level of freedom and finance they set as a benchmark whether it’s a life with one vacation a year or a vacation lasting one year because their real estate or money is working for them while they play.
